How do I create a login page using PHP to display incorrect login message and returns back to the page.

Class Assignment for login page:

Create a login page using PHP, to display a user login form and process the results on the same page.  The page must redirect the user to a members only page on a successful login, and return the user back to the same login page with a message saying "Incorrect username or password.  Please try again!".  The user must be able to re-enter the correct username and password.
